General Overview:
The TradeStation Forums are dedicated to expanding the strategy trading technology and development knowledge of traders worldwide. Most of the articles' content is supplied by well-known industry professionals. If you believe you have a good strategy development article, we invite you to send it to articles@TradeStation.com. We reserve the right to accept or reject the submission as we see fit.
Length:
Range of 2500-3000 words
Content:
Articles are forums for strategy development ideas and concepts, not platforms to promote products — software, books, seminars, etc. — not to recommend or promote any specific strategies. Such articles will not be accepted. |
Articles should be focused around trading concepts, not complete strategies. Examples are: entry conditions, profit targets, trade size rules, stop loss, indicators, ShowMe Studies, PaintBar studies, etc. |
Don't make unsubstantiated claims, or provide examples that have been "doctored" or are in any manner artificial, deceptive or misleading. |
Use recent TradeStation chart examples — that is, the most recent 12 months, and preferably, the last two or three months (the more recent, the better). Old examples undermine credibility. |

Please include ELD file, and state the Study Type by Category. |
