  Follow the steps below to upload an image directly to the TradeStation Forums and embed that image within your message post:
   
 

Convert your image to a GIF or JPEG file under 50k in size.
   
Click the link labeled Attach a file. The file upload popup window will display. Click the Browse.. button to locate and select the .gif or .jpg image you wish to upload. Click the Upload Attachment button to upload the file to the Forum server. When finished, click the Close Window button.
   

Once your image file has been uploaded you will need to scroll to the bottom of the Message editor window. There you will find the code added for your image file attachement. The code should look similar to the following:

[URL]DATA/20080103160958YOURIMAGE.gif[/URL] 20335 bytes

Select and copy the text between the [URL] [/URL] tags. In this example you would select and copy the text highlighted in red:

[URL]DATA/20080103160958YOURIMAGE.gif[/URL] 20335 bytes
   

Place your cursor within the body of your message where you wish to have the image display and then click on the Insert Image icon . Image tags will be inserted for you, and will look like the following:

[img][/img]

   

Paste the image URL you copied in step #3 between the image tags. This is an example of how the text should look:

[img]DATA/20080103160958YOURIMAGE.gif[/img]

   
Preview your post to check placement of your image.
   
Repeat steps #1 through #6 to insert additional images.
   
Submit your post.
